To be promptly aware of any unsuccessful delivery attempts; we advise that you frequently check the 'online' tracking status of your parcel via the applicable postal company website.

Import/Customs Information

UNITED KINGDOM: Our UK based customers enjoy domestic shipping, with orders being dispatched from our United Kingdom based warehouse, hence they are all completely free of any import/customs fees.

USA: We are pleased to tell you that all orders shipped to addresses within the United States are dispatched domestically from our US based warehouse, naturally therefore they are completely free of any import/customs fees.

EUROPE: Orders for delivery to countries within the European Union (EU) are dispatched from our UK warehouse; meaning that they are fully 'EU Trade Friendly' and therefore completely free of any import/customs fees. For orders to European countries that are NOT part of the European Union (EU), customs/import fees may or may not apply depending on your country's specific import/customs policies.

AUSTRALIA: Orders to addresses within Australia are dispatched domestically from our Australia based warehouse, therefore they are completely free of any import/customs fees.

CANADA: Orders to Canada are dispatched from our United Kingdom based warehouse using the 'Royal Mail International Tracked' postal service. Parcels are fully trackable via both the Royal Mail website and the Canada Post website. Orders shipped to Canada are subject to various customs/import related considerations, therefore prior to placing your order please familiarise yourself with these here

Deliveries To 'PO BOX’ & ‘MILITARY’ Addresses

Due to primarily using 'public postal services' we are able to ship to all PO BOX addresses both domestically and internationally.

Equally we ship to all APO, FPO and DPO military addresses too. At checkout simply enter your military address in full; making sure to select United States for the ‘COUNTRY' and then selecting either Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific for the ‘STATE'.

What We Ask Of You

The provision of a correct and complete 'Shipping Address' is entirely your responsibility. We therefore kindly ask that you please double-check the 'Shipping Address' in which you enter at checkout prior to completing your order.

If after submitting your order you immediately notice that you have made an error within your 'Shipping Address', or have missed out some important detail from your 'Shipping Address', then please email us promptly and we will do our best to assist.

We cannot however guarantee that we will be able to make amendments to the 'Shipping Address' of an order. This is because once an order has been submitted to our warehouse facility (which can occur within a few minutes from the time that we receive the order), no further edits can then be made to the 'Shipping Address'.

To avoid the time spent waiting for the return of a parcel that could not be successfully delivered, we instead urge you to spend a few extra moments to double-check your 'Shipping Address' before submitting your order.
