To find out the exact cost of shipping for your intended order, simply visit the Buy Page of our store and add the items you wish to purchase to the 'Cart'. You will then be automatically directed to the 'Shopping Cart' page of our store where you will find a 'Shipping Rates Calculator' near the bottom of the page. Here you can enter your country and Postcode/ZIP-Code details in order to generate the shipping rates/services available for your location, as shown in the following image:

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days following the date in which your order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The delivery times given below are strictly an estimate only, and are not guaranteed by ourselves here at Icariin Health™:

USPS First-Class Mail —> 3-5 business days** from date of dispatch

USPS Priority Mail —> 2-3 business days** from date of dispatch



Royal Mail International —> 5-10 business days** from date of dispatch



Australia Post Ground Parcel —> 2-7 business days** from date of dispatch



Royal Mail International —> 7-14 business days** from date of dispatch

Parcel Tracking

At Icariin Health™ we provide 'Tracked Shipping Services' for both your peace of mind and our own. You will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email containing your tracking details shortly after your order has been dispatched. It is recommended that you regularly check the 'online' tracking status of your parcel because some postal couriers have now stopped placing the 'We Attempted To Deliver' paper-cards through your mailbox when you are not present at the given delivery address, instead putting this information solely 'online'.

Import/Customs Information

UNITED KINGDOM: Our UK customers enjoy domestic shipping, orders being shipped from our East Sussex based warehouse, hence they are all completely free of any import/customs fees.

USA: We are pleased to tell you that all orders shipped to addresses within the USA are shipped domestically from our Pennsylvania based warehouse, hence they are all completely free of any import/customs fees.

EUROPE: Orders for delivery to countries within the European Union (EU) are shipped from our UK warehouse hence are fully 'EU Trade Friendly' meaning that they are completely free of any import/customs fees. For orders to European countries that are NOT part of the European Union (EU), customs/import fees may or may not apply (i.e. depending on your country's specific import/customs policies).

AUSTRALIA: Orders to addresses within Australia are shipped domestically from our Sydney based warehouse, hence they are all completely free of any import/customs fees.

CANADA: Orders to Canada are shipped from our US warehouse and therefore benefit from being exempt of all 'import duty' thanks to the 'free trade agreement' between Canada and the US. Orders to Canada are however still subject to other customs/import related considerations, therefore prior to placing your order please familiarise yourself with these here

Deliveries To 'PO BOX’ & ‘MILITARY’ Addresses

You'll be pleased to know that due to the fact that we use public postal services, we ship to all PO BOX addresses both domestically and internationally.

We also ship to all APO, FPO and DPO military addresses too. When checking out with your order simply enter your military address in full; making sure to select United States for the ‘COUNTRY field’ and then selecting either Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific for the ‘STATE field’.

What We Ask Of You

Providing us with your full and correct 'Shipping Address' details is entirely your responsibility, so we ask you to please make sure you double-check your entered 'Shipping Address' before submitting your order. If when you receive your 'Order Confirmation' email from us you notice that you've made some errors when entering your 'Shipping Address', then please email us immediately! We however can't promise that we will be able to amend your address details at this stage, as once your order has been submitted to our warehouse facility the 'Shipping Address' details CANNOT be amended. Submission of your order to our warehouse facility can take as little as a few minutes up to a few hours after the time in which you placed your order, hence the sooner you notice any mistakes you've made, the higher the chances are that we will be able to correct them for you. Save yourself the hassle and always double-check your 'Shipping Address' before submitting your order.
